Nørdmarked and NØRDCON would never have become anything or gotten to where we are, without the always positive and nerdy volunteers!

The ever-growing group of volunteers has for many years been a solid and strong social community, that has spawned everything from friendships and romantic relationships, to nerd clubs, parties and Christmas / Easter / New Year and summer parties!

As a Nerd Volunteer, you have the opportunity to work and gain experience with for example: Demo games, terrain and figure painting, activity management, marketing and much more! It is almost only your own imagination that sets the limit! Through everything from setting up to dismantling, busy days with hundreds of happy guests and even private personal challenges, the Nerd volunteers are always ready to help and support each other!
